I so appreciate this sewing machine manuel. It has already helped me with bobbin filling. Easy to download and print out. If only I could remember where I put the three ring binder for this manual.

I must apologize for my ignorance. I sent a poor review of this company and it was my misunderstanding that caused it. I didn’t download the manual that I purchased and therefore it disappeared after 3 days.
After the poor review I sent, and sending an email to their support team I was contacted immediately and sent another manual.
My new opinion is that EVERY COMPANY could take a lesson from this fine organization when it comes to customer service.
The courteous and quick response was second to none. Thank you and please accept my apologies for all the trouble.
